I plan to upgrade my graphics card.
Which one would fit best with a budget of 300-400 euro?
I mostly use my PC for gaming (Fortnite, Rogue Company etc.)

"sufficient"? I don't want to buy a graphics card and realize after 1-2 years that I need a new one
But that will happen, time goes by faster and faster. Even the first neurografts could be realistic in 2 years. If you want it to run smoothly in 2 years, then you need one of the very latest from today. You don't want to pay it when you see the price drop every day. Better a compromise card today and in 2 years what real if it has become affordable.
With the i7 you really have enough power under your but and don't have to worry about performance.
for an i7, the rest of the graphics card is a bit dry. Only 240 GB SSD / 1 Terra HDD. Only 20G ram?
