Fortnite always crashes

I downloaded FN for the PC again and I always get the error "Application has crashed bla bla"

I have a Ryzen 2600X and a Gtx2060 with 16GB Ram. I've never laggs. I have already uninstalled the game, screwed down the graphics and downloaded a driver for my Ryzen. I'm also trying to start the launcher as admin and it doesn't work.

I don't know what else to do
