Game feels uneasy despite high FPS?

I always have 100-120 fps in Fortnite, but it does not feel like 100-120 fps. It feels like I'm playing at 50 fps or so, does anyone have any idea why that might be?

Do you use 2 graphics cards in SLI or Crossfire composite?

The ssd only affects the loading times of the games
