60-90 Fps feels like 30 in Fortnite?

I switched to 240hz the other day and when my fps drop to 60 to 90 in Fortnite it feels even worse like 30 and 60 fps feels smooth, I know that because I was still playing at 60fps until 1 week ago, Vsync is also out

That probably comes from the fluctuations. You can prevent this by locking the fps (e.g. To 90)

Would then turn on Gsync, if you do not come constantly to 240hz.

But then you have a bit more input delay
