Hey guys wanted to ask if my graphics card breaks when I play on Ultra settings Eg Fortnite Valo Cod bf5 etc.

No, your graphics card will not break if it is properly cooled and even then it is rather unlikely, as it would rather lead to a corresponding error message.

The graphics card is made to be able to call up full performance.

The only thing that could happen is that either the graphics card gets too warm due to poor cooling, or you just have fewer frames per second.
