Laggs despite a 2060?

I have laggs in many games (Minecraft, Fortnite, GTA5) but unfortunately I don't know why. So the games have enough fps when moving, these drop enormously from 150 to sometimes 20.
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x
GPU: RTX 2060
RAM: 16GB DDR4 1333hz
Motherboard: AMD A320
The pc is a finished pc ordered on Amazon (yes, I know assembling it yourself is always better)
and yes all drivers are up to date

I always recommend uninstalling the graphics card driver once with DDU and then reinstalling it, you can always try that.
