I played a round of Fortnite today with my buddy then a boy came in whom we both didn't know how played with him, he annoyed us all the time, then we went into creative mode with them, played a bit, then he says up once that all comes on youtube then we said for our votes you have to have our consent and then he says he just takes 2 friends where say yes and then he uploads it what should i do thanks for all reply
Report video, report player, write to support.
Of course you could report it. The question is whether you really benefit from it. In this case, I assume that the proceedings will be terminated. So personally I wouldn't do anything.
You could first make it clear to him that he is making himself a criminal offense (i.e. Talking to him).
In the event that this doesn't work, you could report the YT video (due to violation of your privacy etc.).
If that doesn't work either, you could report him (to the police).

He just seemed very unprofessional for an alleged 100k follower Youtuber
