If the upload is below 10mbits (10000) you can buckle this because it will jerk extremely and you can get a maximum of 0-20FPS despite a good PC. For streaming an upload of 15mbits (15000) is recommended at least 25mbits (25000) would be perfect

Looks reasonable, streaming shouldn't be a problem, but would either take a smaller SSD + HDD, or a larger SSD, 500GB isn't much.
