Usually there should be minimum system requirements for every game, which can also be found somewhere (on the internet).

Everything. You would probably need a new CPU, for which a mainboard and possibly RAM are required, plus a new graphics card and possibly a new power supply.
I can imagine the part as an office PC, but less so for games.

Even back then it wasn't a high-end machine. The PC sounds accordingly old.
The games in question will, I think, run halfway, the only question is how much you have to do without "pretty" in order for it to run smoothly.
And the games listed have a few more years under their belt, and I don't really count among the current ones either. Therefore, old meets old, and will accordingly run better than I currently imagine.
