Fortnite PC 144 FPS?

I saw a video where someone builds a PC for $ 500 (parts in Germany cost 440 euro) and wanted to ask if this is recommended. I've watched the video and it is enough because I only want to gamble in low settings anyway and want viewdistance to be high or epic.

In the video a 6 year old does it so should I do it too? If jmd has better parts or a better idea please write. Am not that experienced in pc stuff etc.

110fps in Fortnite at HIGH settings, ie at least 144fps must run at medium settings.
