I'm playing Fortnite at 240fps and my cpu is 60-80% full, and my gpu is 40-45% I sometimes have 90fps for 2-3sec for a few seconds since the new update my PC or on fortnite, have an Intel core i5 9400f 16gb frame processor and an NVIDIA GTX 1650 Super 6GB frame
What settings are you playing on and how much Hz does your monitor have?

My monitor is 60 Hz, and medium
Then set that only 60 Hz will be generated and worry about the rest if it becomes necessary.
Good news that 1% deep is even lower and should be below 60FPS if you start from 1080P. Do you expect miracles from a GTX1650 super? We're talking about a card specified with 100 watts.
